Downtown New Bern is gearing up for the second annual "Dickens of a Christmas" November 27 through December 24!
This annual event kicks off with Open Houses Thanksgiving Friday and Saturday. Refreshments are served and a festive atmosphere pervades the Downtown! The windows are decorated and tell the story of a Christmas Carol (expanded from last year!).
